My nephew’s knitted vest

Despite my busy schedule, i found time to teach my sister-in-law how to knit. She’s making a vest for her kid who is a few month’s older than Gordon. But much much taller, almost like a 6 year old. She bought her yarn in Penang and comes back every now and then to visit her parents aka my in-laws. She sees me knit all the time and that got her started. As a beginner, it’s frustrating whenever she encounters a mistake and has to stop. So, i told her to bring her project back with her each time she comes back so i can guide her better that way.

See, she’s making great progress. Her tension and gauge is also very good for someone who’ s new to knitting. Hope she finishes this soon or her kid might get too big for it. Ah hah, mine’s smaller. Will fit…. * evil smirk on face*
