Here’s another project in the new Jet Fil Rodeo Drive yarn in lilac i bought sometime back. The shimmery ball of matching yarn is Lily Yarn, my all-time favorite. Looks good on its own and great as a highlight yarn. This is gonna be a figure-hugging sleeveless top with a high collar.
I’m working with 4.5mm knitting needles and starting with 66 stitches for the back piece. Need to do 2 inches of this with a nice pattern before i start decreasing the waistline. In all, i need 12 inches for the first part till i start decreasing again for the armhole.
I was surprised my Nokia N73 picked up the colors more accurately than my Sony T100 did, lol. This was taken inside my bedroom under fluorescent lighting and it looks much better here on the LCD screen than on my phone. Let’s just see how long will i take to finish this.
