I have a few more balls of Katia Morocco in hues of Gold and Reds. Gonna make a stole for my close friend, Reena. Working it with 6.5mm double knitting needles. Hope she likes what i’ve knitted for her and wont strangle me with it, lol!

This is the completed Golf Club Cover i knitted earlier. It’s really beautiful and sexy, eh. My buddy was really thrilled when he received it. He wanted to pay me for my effort but was thrilled to bits when i told him it’s actually his birthday present. He wanted another but nearly fainted when i told him how much it’ll cost, lol. Yes, yarn is very expensive here in Malaysia, especially when it comes to fancy yarn. Sigh….. if only i live overseas.

A good friend of mine asked me if i can knit a Golf Club Cover for him early this month. I told him i’ve never done that before. I even called up the yarn store to see if they have a pattern for Golf Head Covers or not and they told me dont have it. I found one after some Googling. I love experimenting with new things. If it turns out well, i am in business, lol. I’m so going to make him market them for me! These are the materials that i’ve dug out from my yarn stash. The one on the right in Purple and Fushcia is brand new from the yarn store. He wanted something bling and gay. Nice eh.

Just picked my kids up from school. They want to play in the garden. It’s a cloudy day, why not. I’ll sit here and continue with my sleeveless crochet blouse. I’m already working on the second piece. Hope to crochet right up to the armholes by tonight. Can then join them by tomorrow night. Or latest, by Friday. Wish me luck, ya.
My Crochet Tablecloth

I went back to my Mom’s yesterday and saw the tablecloth i crocheted more than 10 years ago. Isnt it beautiful. Made it when i first moved in to my apartment in KL. I have a tiny round marble table it the living hall and it looked kinda bare. I bought some cotton yarn and busied myself for a few weeks in order to crochet this tablecloth.
I still remember each time when i send this tablecloth down to the laundry to have it cleaned, the owner will ask me to sell it to her, lol. I told her i’ll give her the crochet tablecloth pattern instead and she can go crochet one on her own. I no longer have the pattern, so, please dont ask for it. It’s great to see my own creation being displayed in such splendor.
